No no, it's the song she made in 2009 for Taiwan Tourism, it's in English, and Fahrenheit is singing the Mandarin version of the song.
I said back in January that Jolin was going to shoot an MV for it to promote tourism, and it seems that they shot it a few days ago.

I thought in the first place that the new MV was for "touch your heart" English version, but it's actually for a new song called "Taiwan heartbeat" (according to google translation, Chinese name 台灣心跳聲)! It's for Taiwan tourism. The MV was revealed at Taiwan Expo 2010 and will be shown at Shanghai World Expo on May 1.
