This is a bit off topic but.. today I thought about Voice of EARTH and alan's beginning when she talked a lot about saving the world and doing something for nature.
She doesn't do this lately, does she? I am not that familiar with her interviews or stuff..

And she does still talk about nature and stuff, but not in her PVs

And I found it rather fitting for Voice of EARTH to be more nature-themed in a way

But my life....that is an album where it's more of alan experimenting and testing herself~

I didn't want to critize her in any way. It's just that when I bought Voice of EARTH there was this big article on YesAsia talking about "alan - wonderul diva using her music to save the earth" and stuff like that so this image is kinda stuck in my head.
When I first saw "my life" I was like.. huh? o.o What happened to her? I still like her and her music, it's just a change.

A big investment was made before the production of the album and the company has high standards promotional events to build up the momentum.

After the Qinghai earthquake, the pain that the victims suffered has also made alan very empathetic and she hopes to do meaningful work to help them. alan personally suggested to the company to cancel the prepared promotional events and to downsize the events and change the theme of them.

April 26, alan officially had her album's press conference. Although the activities were very simple, but the content wasn't. Other than performing "Ai Jiu Shi Shou", the single made for the Wenchuan earthquake, alan also donated a lot of money for the Qinghai victims. She also asked for fans and other people to help and donate. She used practical actions to help her fellow citizens.

alan also donated 1 million yen for the victims.
