UNIVERSE Tour started on April 10th, and it's only 18 dates. I can't wait for the DVD.. i wanna see it again (especially SITW, UNIVERSE, GTTR, Ai no Uta, CWGB)

The wiki mentions some of them, mostly on trick which she helped compose. I'm on my phone so I can't look anything up.

Her real 10th anniv. will begin on this December

well, kuu has more than 150 songs.. and she only covered/copied (or whatever you wanna call it) less than 25 songs.. so what's the deal with it?? She still has lots of good songs.

I think you shouldn't worry, cause as far as I get they will use special 3D cameras for filming the show.
