Another wedding surprises!

Kaela and Ai should hold a double wedding ceremony together

Interesting fact found in RIP SLYME Wikipedia: In 2002 according to Japan Zone SU married an office lady on a cruise ship. They eventually divorced, and he started dating Kimura Kaela in 2007.

o_O How would Kaela think of Ai's wedding news?

Who's to even say Ai's pregnant/wants kids (just because she likes them doesn't mean she wants them) although I agree it would be cool to have her for a mom.

Lot of people saying everywhere that "omg only a year". Imo this is refreshing after all the shotgun marraiges of only a few months that keeps going on in the entertainment world. :x

Then again she might be pregnant and not tell us until afterwards, but oh well.

The fact that someone is married doesn't mean that the person is suddenly more mature. People get married for many reasons -- mature and immature reasons.

Ai can sing about whatever she wants; it's not up to us to say what she can and can't do. That's her prerogative. I personally expect more bubbly and spirited songs about her marriage if all goes well, but I'll be happy for her regardless.

Ai Otsuka, SU tie the knot

Singer Ai Otsuka (27) announced on Saturday that she is now married to rapper SU (36) of the hip-hop group RIP SLYME. On her official website, she wrote a message revealing that they registered their marriage on June 25.

SU also made an announcement on RIP SLYME's official website around the same time.

This past February, Josei Seven published an article claiming that the two were dating, but the story was neither confirmed nor denied by their agencies at that time. Their relationship reportedly started last year, when they worked together on the song "aisu x time" from Otsuka's "LOVE is Best" album (released in November).

SU is the second RIP SLYME member to get married recently. ILMARI (35) tied the knot with model Yuri Ebihara (30), and they held their wedding in Paris earlier this month.

Oh WOW. I can't believe it. What shocking news! O_O I've never had any celebrity I've really liked get married while I liked them, so this is a bit of a hard shock. I'm really shaken about it. It came out of no where! Oh my gosh...totally not expecting that...

I just hope she continues to write music instead of "settle down..."

why not? my parents only knew eachother 1 year and they got married. and now they are still together for 15 years! i think ai and su have thought about this alot before they made this huge step
