Yes, I don't care if it's Kana or Namie, I want a female singer to finally get a #1 yearly once more! Of course, as a bigger fan of Kana, I'd like for it to happen to her. Funky Monkey Baby's is so anyway.

That's crazy! We'll have to see what other contenders there are since we do still have 4 months left of albums.
I completely agree XD. Even if it's not a female singer, I can't think of anything I'd not rather have than a best album by such a lame band.

Btw Kana is at #2 monthly right now, just about 100k+ copies trailing behind EXILE. There's a chance...

i don't really care who gets top album... because arashi is releasing a new album. and that crushes all dreams of anyone else getting top spot. haha

but really, kana is selling so strong! it's nice to see

I think ARASHI's album sales are generally not impactful or terrifying like their single sales... the only exception was their BEST album

arashi aren't a strong album sellers only their Best album who did very well and still :p their albums sales are very average around 150-300k

People seem to be reciting the general "Johnny's artist don't sell as well with their albums as their singles do" and "Arashi only sells about 150-300k"

Have you forgotten they are more popular than ever? Last year they were the most popular group, as well as the group that made the most profit.

Who knows, they might not blow the rest away, but I'm saying we shouldn't underestimate them! I wouldn't be surprised if they sold double of Dream "A"Live.

In a different week I might've said maybe, but given the fact that Hey!Say!Jump! is releasing their first album (yes, yes, Johnny's sell less with their albums but I'm pretty sure they'll still sell over 100k), and we shouldn't forget Nana Mizuki!

No. 3 doesn't really seem all that unlikely, though!
