Oh oh this thread is great. I only know of like 2 french pop artits one of which is Yelle which I'm not to sure how much I like XD

At last French Pop xDD (My ambition for many years)
I also recommend you Mylène Farmer a lot...

Also Alizée, but imo her new album "Une enfant du siècle" is a little boring so I recommend you her first 3 albums (Gourmandises, Mes Courants Electriques & Psychédélices)

And it is Electropop but "Yelle" is a great option too

As mentioned before, I recommend Alizée and Christophe Maé. Another that hasn't been mentioned is Najoua Belyzel. She's less original than the previous two, but still fun.

I really like a Quebecoise singer called Coeur de Pirate. She has very sweet songs.



Also it's more hip hip/funk but Radio Radio is an amazing band (also Canadian)!
