^thanks for bumpin it

I likes me anything if it sounds good to my ears. Almost anything. As long as it doesn't give me nightmares and also I don't like country. But if there's the right song that I like then hey, I like it

Ill hear out anything. And if I weren't so lazy I would check out more genres. But I usually need someone to directly give me the songs to explore the genre.
Like atm. I want to get into more trance.

I realize I can still like anything when I look at JASMINE. I haven't liked r&b songs in forevers but with the right songs she's easily become one of my fav artists

Not very.

It's basically the rock family... and J-pop.

I'm somewhat diverse. I like pop, rock, industrial, a tiny bit of rap, techno, classical, electronic, and depending on the song, maybe a few songs of country. That's about it though.

When it comes to Rap, I mostly like instrumentals, I get money, ayo technology, Gatman and Robin, etc. Most rap artists are producers, and they can produce one or two really catchy songs (not the lyrics), I have a few Rap song instrumentals on my computer. I feel like coming up with a dance for them. They are cool. I do like Missy Elliot though, I think back in the early '00's she was really good.

I like pop, really because I feel at times it can be the most experimental. For example, how ayu can have songs such as talkin' 2 myself, Microphone, and GAME and still be considered pop. I love how she can have songs varying from Microphone, to Sexy Little Things, to Connected, to Startin', to JEWEL, and still be labeled as a "Pop" artist. I think that is cool. If Britney Spears was to ever do a song like that, they'd think she was trying to copy someone else, because according to people in America, you have to stick to your own genre, pop can't venture into country, and rock can't venture into rap. For example, how every time anyone ever attempts to be a little bit different or weird, or step outside of their category for a song or video or two, they are automatically compared to Lady Gaga.

I listen to almost anything, but there's definitely a red thread in my music taste (if that's the correct way to put it, Idk, I'm current'y tired and drunk).

I listen to Pop, rock, ambient, electropop, electronic, alternative rock the most.

I'm open to everything mostly. I've been listening to a lot of experimental sound, indie electro/dance/alternative rock, and jazz/hiphop fusion. I hardly listen to the radio. Most of it is trash anyways.

My musical tastes are fairly limited.

In a general sense, you can file everything under either J-pop or electronic dance music, but I'm gonna sub-divide it just for kicks.

J-pop: Ayumi Hamasaki (basically the only J-pop I listen to), plus a little Utada, Ai Otsuka, and Koda Kumi

EDM subdivsions:
Hands Up: Rob Mayth (before he changed. cuz now he kinda sucks), Manian, CASCADA, Discotronic, Manox, Alex M. vs. Marc van Damme, Punkrockerz (there's a LOT of hands up artists I like)
Jumpstyle: Lanai & Bates, Springstil
Eurobeat: A-Beat C, SCP, Time (record labels)
House/Piano House: Rob & Chris, DAISHI DANCE, ravex, and I suppose I'd file Dixie Flatline here
Electro: 2-4 GROOVES, PH Electro, Michael Mind, Frahm & Becks, Wideboys

But that makes my musical tastes sound WAY more diverse than they really are. 1/4 of my iPod is Ayu, 1/3 is hands up, 1/4 is eurobeat, and the remaining sixth is various other things.

I listen to pop, dance, R&B, electropop, trance, europop, disco, pop rock, gothic rock, classical (video game music), ethereal pop, hip hop, techno and eurodance. I can listen almost everything except heavy. I really hate this genre because my brother listened to it and I got so sick of it.

Well, for me, on one hand, I listen to singers like Ayu and Kuu, although they are pretty diverse in their own discography as well. On the other hand, I also listen to bands like Breaking Benjamin, Sick Puppies, etc. So there.
