But I understand why avex made the decision
 Not only would avex look bad ('working together with maffia' or 'having ties with maffia'), also JYJ would look bad. It's sad that they are stopping activities, but I rather have Tohoshinki coming back as 5 in Japan than just JYJ  "Concerning the product releases and the services currently being provided, there will be no changes made. Additionally, there is no change to the exclusive contract of Tohoshinki (5 members), whose managed by SM Entertainment. As we have consistently stated, we will, with all our might, give our support, so that Tohoshinki’s activities can be resumed." Now they better include all JYJ's a-nation performances on the DVD as comfort

When the C-Jes label first appeared on Xiah's single, somebody pointed this guy out on dbsg and mentioned that he was going through trial, and that was back in May, so the companies knew about this for a long while, I'm sure. With that being said, they had plenty of time to think of what to do with JYJ, even before they were announced. This is just totally unprofessional.
Poor JYJ...they're probably so fed up. I hate to say it, but maybe they'd be better off doing solo activities until all this is resolved.

^^ it's beautiful phrase in general meaning, but I hate it whenever it's related to boys nowadays.
Anybody listened to SKKaS OST? IT'S GORGEOUS! Chajatta sounds amazing in HQ and Junsu's Too Love gives me eargasms Jae's voice is so melting...Sorry to say but TVXQ's korean songs > TVXQ's japanese songs for me. ANYTIME. so that also means songs from this OST > 'The...' album. I'd be freaking grateful for any single korean song from them in the future. Other songs are amazing as well. This only makes me want to watch drama more, damn! I have to find more free time.
