I didn't even bother to listen to Umbrella as that was just X_X for me to handle & I like Journey a lot more than Shota's debut

I honestly do not like it when Shota does really upbeat no.s as I feel his voice doesn't suit in doing it

but stuff like GOODBYE & the duets he did with Miliyah Kato are nice

on TV here, a channel airs 3 PVs from sony artists every saturday, and i saw shota shimizu's "GOODBYE" PV for the first time! and i really love the song! i've only heard shota's collaborations (Love Forever/Forever Love which i LOVE! ) with miliyah kato, but i never heard his own music. i know he releases ballads, right? but i really really love GOODBYE, and i think i'll follow him from now on. do you guys think i should?

I don't like Shota's upbeat R&B stuff & Umbrella was terrible in my opinion

I got into Shota's music randomly 1 day when sitting in front of the TV (just like Matsushita Yuya , BREAKERZ haha) & they were playing his 2nd single Aishiteru over & over & over again

I followed Shota since then & it's nice to know everything he does on his own for writing & composing

from what I know , he used to be in a band called SUGAR in which Matsushita was also in the group

I don't know who was the one who leave 1st (was it Shota or MY ? o_O) but yeah , I have a feeling both of them know each other before they began their music career

well duh xD
