LOL if you're a bad fan then I must be a HORRIBLE fan !

I download all of Ayu's stuff even if I know I am eventually going to purchase it! Bottom line is, yes I would love to purchase all of her releases, but I just simply can't afford it all ! Sure, I mean I try to do the bare minimum of at least buying her CDs to support her, but she just has too many singles for me to buy and 98% of the songs end up on an album anyways (excluding remixes). I barely became an Ayu fan in 2006, and she already had a huge discography by that time.

Now if I were to live in Japan then I would definitely not be downloading Ayu's music (although I don't know if their downloading rules/laws are as strict as ours in the US, but still!). I would do my best to always support her by purchasing her releases .

But either way, you are most certainly not a bad Ayu fan so don't worry! You are entitled to buy/listen to whoever you want lol. That girl is just being immature...either that or she's a serious Ayu worshipper <.<....

xD and have every album, but not every Single, DVD and Merch...OMG she is so stupid^^

honestly i'm not a collector, i don't find worthy to purchase evry single release (i will never buy all the versions of each release for example).
Usually i buy the CD or the CD+DVD of the albums, i like CDL lives but i will never buy a single CD but i still feel a huge fan since i support her since 1999. That's it.
I find her attitude pretty silly.

^yeah i think your friend (aha i almost typed "fan" xD) is confusing fan with collector. having everything just means you have everything. but a fan i think is much more, obviously not in terms of quantity but quality. also if you think maybe she can spend an infinite amount of money on ayu, but isn't it more meaningful if you can spend as much as you can for ayu? i'm not saying if you're a big fan than you should go out and spend all your paycheck on ayu... but if you didn't have enough and were able to go out and get some ayu merchandise then that item has more worth.

plus regardless of having ayu merchandise, there's more ways to show how big of a fan you are. just being on AHS is one example. then there are those graphics shops where you can create sigs and avas for others to use. oh and the bunch of fancovers of ayu in our contests here and on YouTube!

but yeah i also don't have a lot of money but really try to buy what i can. but that doesn't make me a bad fan because it's not about collecting but showing your appreciation. i mean i'm sure i don't have to say how i show my appreciation... but a fan remix is MUCH harder to do than buying just a cd imo! =P

what i think is that if you want your favorite artists to keep working, because they dont make music just for fun lol, its better to support them when and how you can

it makes me happy when i buy ayu's albums and what not, downloading only doesn't work anymore lol it makes me feel bad if i only download nowadays... but that's just me

Frankly speaking I only own 1 Single and one Concert DVD from Ayu, because in first place I'mn a Hello!Project Fan so I spend all my money on it. With Ayu releases I usually wait for Korea or Tawain Version to get it cheaper

it's true..or somebody could also have different priorities..if i could invest all the money i've spent in doctors in the last 2 years i would have a complete ayu collection now LOL
