i was wondering the same .... but since she mention its the first song she wrote , i think she is reffering to crea . maybe crea wants to come back soon ?

I think she's referring to finding love again. M is a very very powerful song about love, and when I heard her sing the final chorus, I really felt that she was telling us that she's found love again.

"Everyone is crying
But I want to believe
That is why I'm praying
That this will be my last love"

I just goosebumped at that part. It was so amazing
