I have a little problem with Mu-mo!

When I insert my surname in katakana during the registration, it's too long and they cut me a part of my surname XD

I'm wondering if anyone could help me.. I ordered from TA shop/mu-mo and they seem to have charged my credit card twice for about $150 which totally sucks and I am not sure how to contact them to complain.
