wow.. 19 times sure is alot. Those other artists have been around for years longer than Ayu, too! Seiko Matsuda is 2nd, but I can't read who's 3rd..

That's Akina Nakamori...she was a bit like the Ayu of the 80's I think...

That means Ayu needs 6 more no.1 singles to have the most no.1 singles for any female artist....let's hope she can do it~
