I listened to "Motto Aishite Hoshii no" just to see if there'd be more 9gen love, but alas, it was just Reina and Ai...

And I was REALLY, REALLY, REALLY looking forward to re-recorded classics with this unit.
It's quite a let-down to find out it's just BEST! Morning Musume 1 all over again, basically. :/

i just downloaded MoMusu's Rival Survival... and i was shocked that they were in a huge location! i didnt expected this. woot!

The best thing about Rival Survival concert is the opening IMO.

I really liked the album version of OOLG during Rival Survival..it was probably my favorite performance of that concert.

i like the energy of the crowd... im really turned off with the concerts with small venues. argh... btw.. do any of you have the full concert in avi format? the one i downloaded didnt have any of the solos perf./medley

There's an avi on H!O. It's the DVD that was released shortly after they did the concert so it doesn't have the best views like the official DVD does, but it's still pretty good. I'm not sure the exact name but it's under the DVD-rip category and it's about 3 GB.

Well there was (as usual) no significant promotions so the only people who really knew about it were the wota, who would buy no matter what the song was. That's why sales have been more or less the same lately. :\

Probably because of the triple graduation, I think.
Eri has a lot of fans, I heard when Eri graduated, some of the fans don't care about current MM anymore. Not sure if it's true or not.

Hopefully the kyuukies could make MM more popular than before.
At this time, I think MM need a show like Hello! Morning, the current show is kinda boring tbh.

C-ute isn't album seller from the very beginning. I'm not surprised with this result.

Yep. That's pretty much it. :-/

@mellody: The cookies are more than capable of bringing in a new generation of Momosu fans and 'reviving' the group's popularity. But they won't get the chance to with the same old tired promotion tactics (or rather lack of). UFA needs to get their act together with the H!P groups or gtfo and let more competent agencies (and labels for that matter) step in.

I have hope for Kikkawa You, only because she's more or less a part of Universal who seem to be handling her well so far.
