It sounds....

I love it already. Seriously, this isn't the normal newsingleomg!!!! excitement but this genuinely already tops the last single for me... probably VOICE as well. The opening is incredible, it has that retro 8-bit video game-y sound I so so love from Nakata's works. I love the Chinese influence especially in the verses though the chorus is equally as good and it sounds like it might have an killer bridge leading up to a big finish with a pulsing beat.

Gotta try hard not to spam the replay button on WMP before the full comes out... I'll allow myself a few dozen more listens spread apart though.

I thought this song is a better version of VOICE which I dislike until now but at least the tunes is cute and it sounds so game-ish

^VOICE had some Chinese influence too though not as much as this song and the choruses are structured similarly but other than that, I wouldn't find them comparable.

I hate to say that I don't totally love it. The vocals sound sort of rough to me and the melody isn't exactly brilliant. But my god, that CD+DVD cover is BEYOND gorgeous.

And we better be getting an album after this single.

I feel the same way. I like it but I don't love it at this moment. I'm sure it will grow on me though. Plus, I don't really want to jump to any conclusions without hearing the full version. And seeing the PV with new choreography should help too.

I pretty much agree with both AyusakiFan and bondingo. It doesn't sound so amazing thus far, hope it'd grow on me when the full version comes out though. It happened with Nee.
