Thanks! I wouldn't have known they were even posted yet otherwise. Well Hito no Chikara sounds extremely boring, so I think I'll end up going with the Type A version of the single, which is good since I prefer those covers anyways.

I like how they paid tribute to their other videos. Mariko a teacher? Hm.

Debating whether or not to get multiple copies of Everyday Kachuusha and vote for Sayaka in Sebatsu or multiple copies of DiVA's single when it is out. Then again Everyday Kachuusha could come too late and I would not be able to vote. I'll at least buy one copy. I really like this single.

Anyone else feel like going to the beach and having ice cream now?

Everyday tops Ponytail by x1000!!! I'd say it's almost on par with Oogoe but I wish the end part was more catchy~

^^ Agreed. Ponytail was amazingly catchy and had a much better senbatsu...Everyday has a good PV...but Ponytail's was better IMO (this one had a way better story though). I actually love the tributes to old PV's a lot. This song is just okay and the dance is weird. Oh but Yuko's boobs are really great. I would vote for her if I bought this single.....nah actually I would vote for Myao.

Someone at S48 pointed out the the formation kind of was like Beginner.





Yuko does have nice boobs. Mariko also looks very nice in a bikini.

AKS is holding auditions for HKT48, a new group in Hakata, Fukuoka.

Is it just me or was something like this mentioned when SKE debuted?

On one hand I'm happy on the other hand I'm thinking what about NMB? They don't even have much yet. Plus SKE, SDN and of course AKB what about them?

Of course Aki-P doesn't directly manage them all but still.

I guess this will be good for the people in that area who can't see the other 48 groups.

Fukuoka-based HKT48 begins taking applications

It was announced during AKB48’s handshake event on Sunday that there will be another new addition to the family. Producer Akimoto Yasushi has started accepting applications for HKT48, which will be based in Fukuoka on the southern island of Kyushu.

AKB48, which was born in Akihabara, Tokyo, has already spawned two other regional groups: SKE48 in Sakae, Nagoya, and NMB48 in Namba, Osaka. Akimoto has actually been targeting the Hakata ward of Fukuoka since 2008 – when the “adult” SDN48 group was launched, he stated that the next group would likely be HKT48, followed by groups in Osaka and Sapporo. However, NMB48 ended up launching first, in October of last year.

Naturally, HKT48 will continue the tradition of being “idols that you can meet.” They will have their theater established in the Hawks Town Mall of Fukuoka’s Chuo ward, rather than in the neighboring Hakata ward.

Applications are open for girls between the ages of 11 and 22 who can sign an exclusive contract with HKT48. The pool will be narrowed down first by an application screening, then interviews, then judging on the candidates’ dancing and singing abilities. More information about the first audition is available on the HKT48 website (http://www.hkt48.jp).

thats my point rise the popularity with one group like u did with SKE and then start with another...I think that NMB can be hurt by that - sad! Anyway how many groups are gonan be there hope they will stop with 6-7

is it me or chosen girls got uglyer from casting to casting xD A and mostly K were rly pretty B ones B still pretty but not so much...SKE got some pretty girls in it and NMB seems kinda ugly

^You must have not seen Jonishi Kei or Kondo Rina, those girls are absolutely gorgeous to me.

As much as I support Aki-P's dream of World Domination through the 48 idol concept this is starting to look like a train wreck.

SKE from what I heard is disorganized enough as it is. SDN only has one stage and has just started releasing singles. NMB is getting a lot of media attention but only has one team and no original stages yet. TWN hasn't even begun auditions yet. Granted, Aki-P doesn't manage them all on his own and TWN will be handled by a totally different party altogether but still... the Japan 48 groups are looking more and more like random half-assed side projects. :-/

NMB is pretty ugly I'll have to agree on that....but a couple of their girls are cute (definitely not Yamamoto though). SKE has SOME nice girls but the freakiness of Matsui Rena kills it for me. Just my 2 cents.
