Curtain call question

I think it is such a vague title, curtain call, what does it mean?
And wouldn't it make more sence if it was called ''Certain Call'' looking at the lyrics?

Curtain call is what they do at the end of the show, you know the giant red curtains at an old school theater? That goes in to close, opens up again, all the actors bow and then repeat.

It's quite fitting I think, given that it's the last track on the album.

As Kanzaki88 says, a curtain call is the part of a stage performance where the performer(s) thank the audience.
In the lyrics she talks about curtain call being "a true lovesong" and about hearing and seeing each other - I always considered it a lovesong to her fans.
