Her tweets today sounded happy & cheerful to me, so I think it was just one of those moments in which she felt really sad. Judging from the TA entry "What I lose" maybe yesterday she just thought everything through again and how her career stops her from doing certain things, like seeing her husband everday. But I guess - and hope - that now she came to the conclusion that her life also has a lot of great sides "Life is sweet!"

I think the same thing.
Everybody have some moments when they feel sad, boring,... even if there are a lot of people to meet or there are a lot of thing to do.
That kind of moment happened to me several time in my life, too. But the day after the sad one, the life is happy.
