Don't worry, I feel the same. Of course like you said we can't completely judge until the final songs are out, but...Listening through the snippets, they so sound very much his style of generic american songs (This could be a good or bad thing considering his songs and that style is quite popular over here, and knowing 2NE1 they're so badass they can make any song their own).
I don't think he really knows 2NE1's style or tries to incorporate their personalities into the songs as much as Teddy and YG does, and they're just being made to sing a song that's he's gone and created without much input from them. I could be wrong but that's how it kinda feels at the moment. But we'll see!

The one I do actually like the sound of is 'Love Lasts Forever'. I really hope as many of their old songs are there in English, too.

You're right, I'm sure they'll come out great considering how the girls are so awesome and are unique and i do find love lasts forever the best sounding track so far.
