The reason he is CEO is because of ayu. The news is just ridiculous speculation and drama. I am unaware of any official responses from avex themselves.

No one will punish her. It's not like she got drunk and ran naked like the SMAP guy did or dissed off the press the way Sawajiri Erika does. People are trying to make a scandal out of nothing.

I had a friend that studied in media when we were both in college and she told me that her teachers in her classes kept repeating to the students "talk about it in bad, talk about it in good, it doesn't matter as long as you talk about!"

So honestly, Ayu JUST had a release, they found this little tiny drop of drama to talk about and they blew it out of proportion who "they" are.
