Thank you, Kaled!

I've managed to download most of her Ai Wo Tomenaide performances in HD, although I don't know how to make them into Avi without losing quality. :/ I'll share anyway if people would like.

Two months to release, I hope next week we get the full tracklist and preview.

Edit~

I've made a little 'remix' for the meaning of peace feat. BoA using the solo mix from love across the ocean single (I hate the original mix ) I hope you guys like it

random but im being nostalgic

what is your first kumi release as a fan?

the first release when i knew of her was kingdom and the surrounding drama but i didn't really care. i got into her during her suspension so MOON was the first single that i knew from announcement to release, and the first one i bought once it was released. that was 2008... i remember really really disliking her hair and style at that time and kept hoping she'd go back to her style like 2005-2006 because that was my favorite once i started to discover her stuff.

Mine was Black Cherry. I had just started listening to her music about a month before that amazeness was released. I still can't believe I had almost decided I won't listen to it at all. I wasn't so impressed with her image at the time 8D Funniest thing was that I still listened to her because there was still something about her music that really made me love her anyway. So I downloaded Black Cherry, listened to it and was finally convinced that this girl is a talented singer. The rest is history.

I can't believe I almost became a Kuu hater because of her image... o.o Luckily I changed my way of thinking before that mistake happened. I love being a Kuu fangirl instead. So much fun~~~

Mine was BUT (first I bought) and FREAKY (first I actually followed her with the release), after that buying and discovering Black Cherry. So yeah, 2007, a great Kumi year in all terms! ^_^

I still remember that the first songs I listened from her were Selfish and Shake it! Then I searched through the net and found Hot Stuff, Hands, You, D.D.D.., and thanks to Wikipedia realise that she was doing a 12 single project, and the next one was Love goes like. Then came Second Session (my first album I bought) and all her peak. So I discovered her in her best era

Mine was real Emotion/1000 no Kotoba and then grow into one because of FFX-2
I listened to her music the first time in 2004 when the game was released in Europe.

Can't believe it's been that long already Oo

I think her first release after I became a "fan" was secret. I actually kind of hated her for a long time (even though I liked her music), mainly because of the fact that I didn't like her voice or image. Of course, now I love everything about Kuu.

My first Kumi release was...TABOO! I got into her with JUICY and loved listening to Kingdom and I knew MOON was already out, then TABOO came out and I was like "flawless"

The first new release she had after I found out about her music was "FREAKY". That PV made me fall in love with her music so much I remember watching it over and over again, it was incredible. However at that time I only looked at her stuff on sites like YouTube and didn't really have other information.
The first release I followed from announcement to release and also the first release that I bought was TRICK. Even though many people disliked it then, I really loved the whole album. By now I still like it, but it's not my favorite.

I discovered Kuu with real Emotion / 1000 no kotoba, because of FFX-2, but I just didnt give her any attention, those were the only two songs of hers that I listened for years. Someday I was at my cousin's house, and as we both knew Kumi, we decided to search for more songs of hers. We found FREAKY, Cherry Girl and Chase on YT and fell in love with her. It was later 2007, she had just released LAST ANGEL, and she was announcing Kingdom I remember how I found those covers sooo powerful, and got so excited with that release! But it took me half a year to buy a single of hers, and it was 4 hot wave, and another half to buy the first album, which was TRICK <3

I discovered Kuu with Real Emotion/ 1000 No Kotoba too because my mum had bought FFX-2 for me on the day it came out, and sometime after I was looking to download the Jade from Sweetbox versions of the songs and stumbled across Kuu's versions, and watched the Japanese video of 1000 no Kotoba from the game, and loving it. I can't even remember what seemed to attract me to listen to her music or even if I did listen to her straight after that but, the next thing I remember is listening to her releases from 2004-2005 such as Crazy 4 you and her secret album, and that's when I officially started listening to her music and became a fan. I think it was a little time after those releases (2005-2006) that I did. I actually started off listening to her stuff from that time (2003-2005) and they became my favourite songs, until I found and listened to her stuff from 'Best Second Session' (Have fond memories of listening to them constantly like I did Secret) and then eventually onto Black Cherry, where I remembered I actually starting checking then for her new releases and discovered 'BUT' as her new release. (I think it was just released, start of 2007, when I began to look her new releases and become a fan even more). BUT became my all time fav Kuu song of that time and I have been hooked ever since. I remember joining the 'Taisetsu Na Kumi E' afterwards and once FREAKY came out that then became my all time favorite song along with BUT hahaha. I also remember being really excited about the releases of 'Ai No Uta' and 'LAST ANGEL' on the forum.
I owe Kumi a lot because over that time she was the one artist that got me into Japanese music (A time where I wasn't listening to J-POP or K-POP seems so foreign to me now xD), and because of her image and her personality and from listening to her songs she really opened me up from the shy recluse girl that I was into someone who became much more confident and open-minded. She taught me that sexy and confidence was good, whereas before I did not care for 'sexy' at all, since at that age I'll admit I didn't have a great view on it, But through Kuu's inspiration I actually learnt what real sexy was.
So yeah... since then and still now Kuu has always been my #1 favorite of all time. Because she has given me more than just good music but affected me personally with her music and her personality as well, in ways I thought wasn't possible just from listening to a music artist. It's why I love kuu so much, because I found not only her music seems to gel with my heart so well but I found her personality so relatable to me as well. I suppose a lot of people say that about their idols but you know, sometimes it's true. They become more than just a music artist. Kuu will always be my #1, for what she has shown and given me.

Once Kuu got me into JPOP, I discovered Ayu awhile later, and fell in love with her too, hahaha. (Sorry for the essay, lots of nice nostalgia flowing back there. ) I think I'm going to go listen to her discog now, hahaha.

it's not like I'm a big fan, but I first liked her songs like Real Emotion and especially Trust Your Love (Hex Hector Remix).

I remember when she appeared at a-nation in 2003 and I was wondering who was she and etc she was so new that time.

Mine was Ai no Uta / Last Angel but I didn't pay attention to her, so then comes "anytime" and I was in love already with old songs ♥
The first CD I bought... Well... Two CDs actually (First Things and Black Cherry) I just knew 4 songs at all (No Regret, Puppy, Run For Your Life and girls) and I wanted to hear more things from her.

The first kuu release I was around for was cutie honey, and i had the video on replay for ever. But it wasn't until Chase that I really started to love her music. But when Hot Stuff was released, I started to be more critical. I hate that song/video with so much passion...and I don't really know why haha.

But Chase remains one of my favorite songs.

I got hooked with JUICY when Black Cherry came out. I had known about her for a long time, and I had started to look into her during the 12 singles thing, but I didn't really like the ****tyness...then like suddenly, I saw JUICY, and the change was like, instant lol

And then I think I didn't avidly follow her releases until after BUT came out. I remember waiting for those covers...and getting the PV and stuff. That was such a great release.

I knew about Kuu for a while, not long after I discovered Ayu. I think the first video I saw was Selfish. I didn't like her at all, as many people have said, because of her sexy style. However, when BUT was released I couldn't help but love the song. That day I decided to spend the whole day looking up her videos. When I heard Love goes like... I was instantly hooked. I had watched a few videos before it that day, and was like "yeah, she's good", but then I heard Love goes like.. and I was like "this woman is amazing". After not really loving Ayu's releases for the past little while, and loving Kuu's I knew I had moved on from Ayu being my favorite singer to Kuu. She really changed my opinion about being sexy, again like others have said. I went from being an awkward teenager to a confident adult Well, I'm 21, so I'm just barely an adult XD.

I think mine was BUT/Aishou. Afterwards I listened to Black Cherry and some of her older ballads. I got hooked when Kingdom was released.

Mine was real Emotion when there were the first news of the songs of FFX-2.

I really liked real Emotion and then 1000nokotoba too, I tried more songs of kuu later and I really liked them, they were mainly from grow into one and affection since these were the only albums she had at that time and I loved all of the songs I heard, she really made me into Japanese xD
