Sho Sakurai talks about his love for Arashi in front of students
Arashi’s Sho Sakurai talked about his career struggles and how Arashi members helped him to overcome his challenges at a special university student viewing of his latest film in Tokyo on September 27, reports Chunichi Sports and Daily Sports Online. More than a hundred university students were invited to a special viewing of “神様のカルテ (Kamisama no Karute)” yesterday, which also involved an hour talk session with Sakurai, who listened to students talking about their worries about finding a job and what to do after graduation. “When I was 20, 22-years-old, I was worried about things too. But what’s important is to keep going, even if the results aren’t what you wanted them to be, just live your life to its best,” he said. It has been reported one student asked Sakurai what he found to be a big challenge in the real world. “I think there’ll be more times people expect you to be able to do things yourself, but maybe that’s where I’m a little different… In Arashi, I have four other guys in the same boat as me. We support and help one another out, so I only feel one-fifth of the pain. I think you’ll find how important it is to have friends who you can trust,” Sakurai said. Sakurai also talked about how he struggled with university life. “I remember during university, especially before exams, I would fall asleep while washing my hair, I’d even fall asleep while sitting on the toilet. But I learnt a lot from overcoming those challenges while I had the strength,” he said. Finally, the Johnny’s talent gave some advise to the students at yesterday’s event. “Don’t take anything for granted. Going to new places, even if it looks tiring, is enough to fill you with hope and excitement. You can work harder if you know there are people around you who are supporting you too,” he said. Arashi’s Jun Matsumoto to star in beauty website commercials
Fans will be able to see Arashi’s Jun Matsumoto make several different comments about women’s hair and nails in his upcoming commercials, reports Sankei Sports and Sponichi Annex. Matsumoto will star in two commercials for Japan’s beauty website Hot Pepper Beauty, which go on air from today. It has been reported in the commercials, Matsumoto looks at the camera, where a girl is supposedly sitting, and comments about her hairstyle or nails. The Arashi star was asked to say up to 20 different comments, and different comments will be aired depending on the region it’s shown in. Arashi’s Jun Matsumoto shows some magic in new commercial
Arashi’s Jun Matsumoto will play a gentleman from the land of chocolate in his next commercial, it was revealed on October 2, reports Oricon. Chocolate company Meiji is celebrating 85 years since their Meiji Milk Chocolate slab went on sale for the first time, and have chosen Matsumoto to star in their next commercial. In the commercial, the Arashi star talks to little girl on a train platform. He tells her about how her mother, and her mother’s mother had eaten the chocolate. He then performs a magic trick to make some chocolate appear. It has been reported Matsumoto had spent a lot of time practicing his magic trick during the filming day with a professional magician. “I’ve got the magic sorted out, but I’m worried whether I can do it while saying my lines,” he said. Arashi’s Matsumoto Jun has become the sweet endorsement model for Meiji Milk Chocolate, who will be celebrating their 85th anniversary this year. Matsumoto’s concept will transform him into a fresh-faced gentleman walking through a ‘chocolate world’. To express the idea that Meiji Milk Chocolate has been a much-loved favorite for generations, Matsumoto talks to a little girl sitting on a bench. He muses, “Your mom, and your mom’s mom have eaten this same chocolate for many years“, while making a bar of chocolate magically appear in his hand. He continues, “Maybe your children will too..“, and the little girl wholeheartedly agrees, as she replies, “I’m gonna end up liking it too!“. In order to deliver a convincing CM, Matsumoto practiced his little magic trick every chance he got. He commented, “Even if I could perform the magic trick well, I’m not sure if I can do it while saying my lines…“, but thanks to his dedication and focus, Matsumoto was able to produce a solid commercial. A long preview of Meikyuu Love Song was played on radio
it wasn't the full song which was aired but honestly I have to say , my younger sister & I are not impressed with it . It's nothing special & it's basically a hybrid mix of Love so sweet + Love Rainbow ick , I don't know if the full song will change my mind on this & let alone I'm hoping at most the PV will help but
