Lol at her waist/stomach. I mean, women body is not shaped like that and its ugly. I liked pics during the shooting and the final work is horrible lol.

To be honest, I like her hair and contact lenses too. The pics wouldn't be that bad, if they didn't been so retouched. Don't know if it's made on purpose, like a alien-siren as someone said. So it would make perfect sense imo.

The idea is great, but I don't like how her body looks on the 2nd pic.

I've edited both pictures with her natural eyes color and smaller lips (and the body on the second picture):

I REALLY like them. I love the styling, and how 'fantasy' they are supposed to look, you know, not completely real, it's more of a concept, a fantasy concept. I love them. I love the pink hair and I think the blue contacts look cool. I would say they make her look very spaced and give her the zombie look, although I think that is meant to add to the 'surreal' look of it? I do prefer the edits of her natural eyes though, although it depends what look you're going for.

I will admit though the photoshopping could have been toned down on the second picture. I like they effect they have placed on her skin to make it look almost reflective and smooth, but you can tell they have overworked it quite a bit, and even cinched her waist in it looks like to me, to give her a curvier waist...but it just makes her look a little dis-proportioned. Her wait and hips look smaller than her upper body.

Still love them though. I like how different they are. I really want to see the pictures with the short hair!!

I second the Sunrise/Sunset cover comments. That would have been brilliant, this exact look but with a (real) beach background. Who want to make fake Sunrise/Sunset covers for iTunes?! LOL

I agree with Ayu Love, I really like the "fantasy" look of the pics but I hate what they've done to her waist in the second pic. I know she's been working out and all but that just looks so unnatural!

EDIT: The contact lenses have really grown on me!

I think just fixing the hair would of made those covers 100x better, but oh well!

Also, the second picture where you can see her stomach really well, it looks like some fan boy had way to much time on his hands! lol

I don't really understand the fairytale-concept so many people here talk about. I mean, come on, she is dress in jeans, t-shirts and a bikini.

The "forgiveness"-PV was fairytale-like.

These pics look like every other magazine-shooting in an exotic place to me. I don't see anything "magical" about them.

It's more like a tropical fantasy land than "Sci-Fi/whimsy" fantasy land. It looks like 'paradise'.

lol ok so I did a little experiment with the second pic xD I fixed the shadows on her nose, changed the eye color, shortened her neck, shortened her waist and widened her hips slightly to balance the figure cuz ayu is quite proportional also just minimally smallened the lips and fixed the shadows under them, oh and I shortened her thighs....I dunno about you guys, but i can actually now look at it....

The first one is beautifully done, but I really don't like the second one. I mean, I know the backgrounds are fake or whatever, but in the first picture it looks a lot more natural...the second one looks strange. I wish I could see the REAL pictures before retouching happens. I bet Ayu didn't even need as much as they did.

I agree that the second picture doesn't look as good, I don't really like the contacts, maybe if they were a bit darker blue it would look more natural, but I love them as the Sunrise/Sunset covers! lol
