the PV is not that bad, but it definitely could be better.

now hoping for Return Road to be something truely epic!!

I love "the next LOVE" and "Eyes, Smoke, Magic"!!! They sound fresh for ayu. I don't mind if ayu will use Timmy more as long as he's doing gems for ayu.

I didn't like hearing an manly and english voice the 1st time I listened to NaNaNa, but now it's growing on me and sounds like it's part of the song 100%. I think his voice compliments Ayu's very much, actually!

Shake It ♥ has been growing on me a lot as well.

reminds me is the song that I like the least on the album so far... Not sure why, just hasn't pulled me in as much as the others...

I hadn't really taken the time to listen to How Beautiful You Are until last night when the whole album leaked, and now I'm totally hooked. It's so beautiful~ How could I have not realized this til now? XD

I hadn't listened to any previews, so when I heard NaNaNa the 1st time, it was FAR from what I expected it to sound. I mean, really, when you think of someone singing "Nanana" do you really think such music as rock and raw as NaNaNa is? I didn't... Lol

The beginning of the song just felt so... intense!

I haven't watched any of the PVs though... XD Wonder if my thoughts will change!

NaNaNa PV could have been far much better...
Like in the do it again PV, the effects are really interesting, but not well used, they're just there.

Just gave it a listen. As expected, magnificent album. Much, MUCH better than Love Songs. So glad she ditched that cheap sounding TK sound.

After a whole listening of the album & having Party Queen song almost 8 hours around my head I had te re-do the last post that I wrote...

I apologize if I sounded rough but fortunately I changed my mind...

---Party Queen is song that gets stuck in your head & don´t stop I can only imagine putting this song when you are starting to get over a party on saturday night...catchy as ever...

---Nanana was a surprise with the tik tik tik almost reminds me of Kesha with tik tok on the clock!xD... I don´t like Timmy but I have to say that is the heart of the song...the way of talk & the chorus of Ayu reminds me somehow a 70´s & 80´s group called "Bonnie M" that had a great singer that have the mood of the song.Great.

---Shake it. I like the way Ayu sounds & the chorus.

---taskebab the best interlude of the album...I can only imagine Yoshio making the HUGE guitar riffs of the song!

---call & letter: the purest Ayu songs of the album along with "return road" I love it all of them...

---reminds me ...reminds me the Ayu of "missunderstood" song...the rockish mood of the song makes my head go...pop!

---Return road is a declaration why I love Ayu,a powerful song with organs, chorus is brilliant...all the song breath a epicness not seen in a very long time...

---Tell me why good songs that is very classy Ayu to me...

--- a coup of tea sonds really strange to me...

--- the next love is a jazz style that makes me think that it can be in a intro of a James Bond movie...elegant.

---Eyes,smoke, magic...brilliant beginning...the burlesque theme in all the songs makes me that this song can be preformed live in a way for presenting the dancers, I feel like Ayu is lie a master of ceremony in this song (wearing some clothes like Liza Minelli on CABARET)& presents all the cast of the spectacle... strange.

---Serenade on a minor a very quiet tune that makes some kind of intro to...

---How beautiful you are...the lyric mix of english & japanese turns to epic the final seconds with chorus, having the perfect end of the album...with a smile on your face...

All in all despite "Eyes, smoke ,magic" makes a very good album...I will not say that is better than "Love songs" but have more variation of music I guess...& much better than "FIVE" of course...

Overall, I don't like Party Queen as much as FIVE or Love songs but D-A-I's single contribution to this album saved it. I may have said this several times but Return Road is just great.

^ But aren't his four songs on Party Queen generally the least liked...? Timmy's PQ songs are the only ones on the album I see getting slammed. BRILLANTE is really the only one that got nearly universal praise.

only noticed with hbya. she's getting a lot of praise for the musical songs since they're 100% fresh for her and people have been wanting her to do something completely different/new. and without BRILLANTE i think some fans may have ditched her with FIVE tbh. i definitely think he does way more good for her career than bad.

I know! Looking at the bigger picture; fans seemed to be annoyed with his vocal presence, but the album is, with few exceptions, a big hit. Fans say that they sense him a lot on the album in terms of inspiration too. I'd say he's mainly been a good thing.

Nor saving, nor ruining it... It just happen that Ayu fans are overdramatic, and Zeke is among the most over dramatic of the overdramatics
