Britney's - been feeling a bit craaazy lately I guess... O(^^)o
Swift is a close second, when I feel more country. I just don't think she's a diva so :s

Yuck at Born This Way winning. It's terrible, imo. Especially in comparison to the choices.

It was a tough choice for me between Femme Fatale and Teenage Dream. But I chose Femme Fatale since it's so innovative.

^ Well, obviously a lot of people like it. Fair enough if you don't, but no need to go "yuck" Born This Way for me....well, I think it's a good album, but I never really..how to say.."connected" with it like I did her earlier work in The Fame Monster. I do think it's funny how people say albums that were created by the artist themselves are worse in every way than those that have been created for the artist...but it's all down to opinion.

I said earlier in the thread, but I voted for Adele; her album is so heartfelt and her voice so genuinely beautiful. When I read/watched interviews about each song and how she came to write and record them, I felt even more how much effort she put into it. I have so much respect for that woman. It's a shame it hasn't got more votes, but there's a lot of good albums listed there.

Speak Now. I can't believe she didn't get that any vote yet here.

21 for sure.
Adele is kind of blowing the competition out of the water with it.

21 from Adele. I firstly know her from her song Rolling In The Deep as one of the soundtrack song for movie I AM NUMBER FOUR. Then I search more and bought her album. Set Fire To The Rain, Dont You Remember and the amazing song Someone Like You is keep on rolling in my head. What a great album.

I'm going to go with Kylie's "Aphrodite" because it's just a big unapologetic, unpretentious pop album that still sounds good after quite a while. For runners-up, Beyonce's "4" succeeds because it's simple, and I do love me some Mylene as well.

I really liked Gaga's "Born This Way" when it first came out, but now I can't stand a big part of it. Only the harder, more "industrial-pop" songs and TEOG do it for me now. I also really respect Bjork's "Biophilia" as an audiovisual art project, but the actual music doesn't really move me apart from a few songs when it's separated from all the imagery.

That said, I expect Madonna's "MDNA" to crush Kylie in my rankings when it comes out in a week or so...

Ceremonials

I like Biophilia. Bjork is so weird, and I really got hooked on Mutual Core and Hollow.

I'm obsessing over Florence + the Machine though.
