We would like to announce the lineup of 6 artists who will be joining Namie on stage at the September 16th concert in Okinawa!
VERBAL (m-flo) who has collaborated with Namie on numerous projects. AI, who has been a friend to Namie since working with her on the SUITE CHIC project which consolidated her musical style of today, and ZEEBRA.
Mummy-D (RHYMESTER), one of the "major players" in the Japanese Hip-Hop scene. Kaname Kawabata, who collaborated with Namie on the hugely successful collaboration album "Checkmate" which was released last year, and Anna Tsuchiya.
These 6 artists will join Namie to celebrate her 20th anniversary, a night that is destined to start another chapter of Namie's career!

She did say “I want to sing and dance to both my old and new songs. Most of all, I want to enjoy this time with everyone.” so I'm sure she will perform some old songs.
But if she doesn't it would seem silly to have a 20th anni show and only celebrate the last few years of your career lol.

I don't keep up with Namie as much as I'd like, but I just saw the ONLY YOU PV and...is there a specific reason why it's 100% in English? It's gorgeous and I love everything about it, I'm just wondering if she's trying to use it in the Western market or something. If she is I wouldn't even know about it haha.

Wow the video is beautiful, i love when they keep it simple like that.. doesn't always have to be so overproduced.
And the song is a real stunner, i wasn't so sure about it when the first preview came out but it's just amazing now. And since it's her first full english song, i feel like it's really special in her discography.

I think this is her best ballad since Get Myself Back, Love Story was great too but like GMB, Only You just takes me away for a moment.
