I just really wish they would have had remixes / added in re-works a la A BALLADS. They could have stuck in there the fairyland mix from making-of slideshow DVD and also the It Was (Island Remix) - now that's a beach song if there ever was one. I always dreamed of listening to it in the middle of the lake on a sunny day and one time I was out in canoes with my buddies and we brought our iPods out and it was the most beautiful day. As I was going through my iPod trying to find a song, it hit me - that this was the moment I was waiting for. I pressed play on that remix and let me tell you... it was effing glorious.

I just wish that this cd will boost Ayu's total sales for 2012. I think that her last year's sales were around 600,000 (including 2 albums, 4 remix albums and 1 collaboration single). For this year and for now, we stand at 150,000.

I think that someone mentioned that the sales of this cd could be around 100,000. I hope it's more. And please Ayu, release a single!

I agree that I would rather see reworked songs, but Im happy with the release.
New song is a +.
(maybe) never before seen a-nation lives +.
and new photobook = worth it

the track list include 26 songs, a lot!, so i don't think they're gonna spend money on rework something.
they're just gonna put the tracks in the cd recorded and just burn it.

a BALLADS was an exepction because it was a short track list and they reworked songs that originally wasn't ballads (like M, appears, etc...)

and to be honest, i don't think next year we're gonna have an A BEST 3
i think ayu is trying to do somenthing different for a compilation album...if you think about it, SUMMER BEST is a big album, 2 discs, splitted by happy and sad tracks
the same way they did with A BEST 2. So the next album is gonna be WINTER BEST, and we're gonna have 4 CDs full of hits (summer and winter) and that's it.

ayu doesn't have enough new hits to make two sets for this AB3 like they did with AB2, so a good way to sell 2 sets again is doing this SUMMER/WINTER (4 cds) project.

this thread is really getting very irritating by fans who kept wanting new stuffs from a BEST album.
They still don't get the purpose of a BEST album. It's called a BEST album not mix, not new album.

I personally like Best of albums because they are good to listen if you want to listen a bunch of good songs and doesn't want to make own playlists. Also, You & Me (which I'd be surprised if it turns out to be a upbeat song tbh) increases my excitement, of course. It would be stupid if there was no new songs here.

And I think that NaNaNa or Party Queen should on the album, too. They both make me feel so summery~ ^_^
