Honestly, I'm not concerned at all about her chart position. I don't think that she's in trouble of getting dropped by avex, or even of her production quality going down.
Also, Darling was a nice surprise. I'm not crazy about the song over all, the beat is just cute. But, her vocals are amazing! Very unique, yet really pretty and controlled. Also what's this new "Edge" fashion in Japan? I saw she was once on the cover of a magazine called "Edge Style" and now in the ViVi scans they call her an "Edge Diva". I keep seeing 'edge' this and 'edge' that, not just with Kuu either.

Aw, Go to the top is #2 on daily charts? That's great!
 Okay, "Go to the top" sounds great in full HQ. There was a moment when I didn't appreciate the preview at all, but this HQ version is good. <3 "darling" is even better than I imagined it would be. It has that old school vibe on it, but it also feels quite unique to me. I don't think she has similar ballad in her discography, and that's good. "Go to the top (DJAKi ASY remix)" is even better than I thought, actually, I think it's better than the original mix and that's very rare for me when it comes to Kuu.  Overall I really love this single. Good, fierce comeback for Kuu. I can't wait for the performances. <3"Edge Fashion"? Hmm, to me it gives a picture of a fierce, confident woman or something. I've seen that "Edge Diva" on Kuu's magazine shoots quite often since last year. I kinda like it. XD |

So the shame of Kyoto title came from a crazed fan? I thought it came from a pissed off Kyoto community that went 'she's bad and yada yada To be honest, I call kuu the shame of Kyoto affectionately XD she's my shame of kyoto |

Chart position and sale numbers are good, a lot better than for Love Me Back, the last upbeat single.
Darling is a really nice song. I'm satisfied with this single!

Hopefully it'll sell even more when she blows them all away with her live performances, awwwww yeah.
I think it's time for a new Kuu sig for me, I can't wait for the GTTT/vivi scans so I can make some new sigs with them! <3

Those pictures with the flowers seems to be from EDGE STYLE, the style is totally different from the ViVi pics, but I'm not sure.
The sales are great btw, she's doing really well.

Yeah I think it's just for Edge Style. They tend to have....an...edgier...style I guess lol
Like, MAA has been in that mag so much. And I totally loved them for that. But it's not always easy to get nice edge style scans...

^^ not only that but also a remix album with a NEW song in between. but it's her first single this year and first material after pregnancy so it's kind of special I guess. although I feel like it was just released because of the tie-in (like Alive and Ai wo Tomenaide), and what is worse is that the PV has no kuu in it so it feels sketchy. her winter single will be the real "comeback" single imo. I'm so looking forward to it :3

 ...She never really left... this year alone she had an album and 2 remix albums with a new song on the last remix album... Girl was preggers and never took time off, lol. |
