So I finally watched "One of a Kind" MV today... and don't get me wrong, I love GD, and there was a tiger cub and I literally squealed because I love tigers so much... but he's got the tiger cub... and he's wearing tiger print pants...

Got my "BIGBANG'S ALIVE 2012 MAKING COLLECTION" today. Its so freaking epic.

-It comes housed with a paper kind of business folder, then opens up to two shiny photobooks. The DVDs are inside the books in slip cases.

-The "band version" and "live version" on disc 1 are different stages, different performances. Only watched the band version so far, GD's costumes never cease to amaze me, he wears some kind of lady gaga-esque shoulder ruffles. XD

-The MVs are awesome in 5.1 surround sound

-The making-of's all have optional English or Korean subtitles, but the English subs have a few spelling errors and sometimes don't make sense as they translate from Korean.

And I'm not up to disc 3 yet. XD But seriously, for $50 on Yesasia this is one of the best buys I've made this year. I got the folded poster option, but if you are going to order it get the rolled poster option, mine is pretty much ruined. Hopefully when I get it laminated it will work out the creases...

^Sounds nice. Just Im the type of person to watch stuff like that only once or twice and not bother with it much after that, so I didn't bother myself. As for the subtitles, I'm surprised over and over that they aren't better as there are people working in YG that are 100% fluent in both Korean & English (*cough* CL *cough*). Still, its awesome having them one way or the other.



Oh, and other topic, but GD's One Of A Kind album in both Gold & Bronze Editions are up on YesAsia for preorder now.

So must state my over all opinions of GD's latest work. I'm not too overly impressed with either new song "One Of A Kind" or "That XX" too much. In all honesty, as much as I LOVE GD & BIGBANG, I'm not feeling this new mini album at all so far. Feels like it's not even worth the effort to download it, much less purchase it. And believe me, I really hate having to say this, but it's just so true for me.

^ Tae had his hair like this during 2005 or 2006 I don't remember and everyone hates it till now. Now GD & Tae both got that hair, only GD's blond. And pretty much everyone hates it on Tae now too. but his twitter is so full of swag.even when BIG BANG started as a hip-hop group it wasn't like this, not to such a great 'overpowering' or 'exxagerated' effect. I so do not like this. I think it feels dull/boring and kinda dissapointed in YG and I'm not getting GD right either.

Heartbreaker was so conceptual and innovative, and just really artistic, and this one now feels kinda blank.

Also the themes of albums are different. In his first album GD took many themes, but here ONE OF A KIND - both the title of the song and the album in lyrics and everything kinda scream vain, if I may say so, and overall theme is not that serious. the title song PV to be released soon and titled 'Crayon' is about GD's love for hip-hop. The whole new album's theme seems to be about swag and GD loving his persona

I really thought of something more different and creative and artistic. Because it's GD

^Feeling the same. Also, I know CHERRY's saying wait for the rest, but honestly, there's only 5 more songs. That's not a lot of material. Sure if theyre decent i might DL the few I do end up liking, but at like $24US to buy it, I'm not going to for only a few songs.

wait for more doesn't work it for me as I've seen 2 PVs out of 3 already, like 75% of video material and a bit of audio. it's just that when Heartbreaker/Breathe TEASERS, only teasers were out I was all like AXKJSNDHKWJHFEKGJSLKJLKRJMEKLSMN! But now I don't know for sure...I also hoped for pink strawberry hair too

GD&TOP was perfection, ALIVE was perfection and Monster was perfection too. their concept and artsy part was on top too. PVs - reallly great and fun

the new GD work honestly feels a bit off and uninspired. I think it's a bad thing YG prepared so much for both BIG BANG & 2NE1 this year. they all are getting tired

finally got around to watching the anation of BIGBANG... and I was... rather upset about it.
Some of the songs they had were great, but it didnt seem like they were singing... just shouting everything... lol
I liked it, but at the same time, a little disappointed in it.

These tabloids are as bad as the American ones.... And none of it is ever true. I'll never understand why some people will actually both buy and believe tabloids. I don't think tabloids should even be allowed to publish. There's SOO much they put in those things that isn't true... I feel most sorry for the celebs that have to deal with this, along with the trees that get cut down for nothing but this nonsense printed on them.

^Agreed.... I bet you he did really sleep with her but she hammed up the rest to gain negative publicity. Either way I feel for poor Seungri . That's embarrassing lol.

& the previews of Missing you & Light it Up sound so good. I'm officially excited for the album. On another note, what's with GD's robot-like demeanor? He had no emotion throughout both the interviews. Is he always like this?
