I love CAN YOU CELEBRATE? because it's the most emotional. Ever since I saw her crying during the performance it's touched me in a way that her other songs don't. Just love how many feelings she puts into that song whenever she sings it. The lyrics are intriguing too...
My second choice would be I Have Never Seen though. It sounds somewhat mysterious and it's good to sing to. ^^;
