I was thinking of ordering something from there again but the last time I used it was over 2 years ago so I can't remember my login/password info anymore.

not that I know of but if you require me to help you order something via 5music , I can do that as that's what I've been doing for Isicio with regards to ayumi's LOVE & again

just enter your email to the box provided here : https://www.5music.com.tw/member/memberMissp.asp
and click '確定送出‘.
They will email you a new password.

您的帳號(your user id)
　　　您的密碼(your password)

then,login using the user id and password mention in the mail they sent to you, and go to this page to change your password : https://www.5music.com.tw/member/memberal.asp
(the 2nd column :密　　碼) and click '確定送出' at the bottom of the page.
