I don't know, I am be no means a doctor, but it is believed that when the feet is on heel, it gets too much pressure, and the higher the heel is, the more pressure the foot have to undertake. it causes foot strain that somehow when wearing too much high-heels can result in even foot deformation. and the most common ilness that many girls fashionistas in big towns suffer is also when veins, kinda, expand and become thicker.
