@gogirlanime: People are feeling annoyed because mini-album tracks were included on an album, not that the tracks themselves make an appearance. They just see it as an Avex marketing scheme, since mini-albums cost more than singles just based on the fact they're being listed as a mini-album. Also, they've also included the "buy all five releases to get a special gift", and now people wanting that have to buy the same songs all over again.

If they had been listed as cheaper singles to begin with..I don't think people would have as much of a problem.
