I think the best way to do it (from what I've seen in Australia with Kpop) would be for her to tour with other big name artists. There was this huge Kpop concert in 2011 in Sydney, and from photos I've seen, the ANZ stadium was far from empty.
I don't think idol bands that are practically owned by SM Ent. can be compared to Ayu, Ku and Namie as the concerts of each of the 3 are prolly more expensive to produce than SM Town.
