Are you serious ? Mika has 1 of the most distinct voices around . Not sure which're the song/s that you heard from her which made you had this really bad opinion on her but wow you don't know what you're missing out on as she has some really great songs found in her discography

And if if you think Mika's voice's grating to you , you should try Wakeshima Kanon . You will scream & throw something at someone immediately the moment you hear her voice ie. with regards to her recent stuff , not her older works

I actually listened to REAL
I love the arrangements and compositions for every song that isnt a ballad, but Mika's voice... its just too bad.
LOVE IS ECSTASY is my fav song from the album, however

what do you recommend in terms of mika music?

I really can't stand her voice.
Sorry (fans) but I think it's horrible.
