I highly doubt a Gaga collab could ever happen. Lady Gaga is just too high profile for Koda Kumi, sorry to say. They so could've back in 2008/9 when Gaga was less popular and it would've gave Kuu a lot of international recognition

Anyway if I ever saw a magazine with Kuu on it or anything related to Kuu irl I'd scream

^i have seen that plenty of times, but theres a large asian population in my area and i go into many of these asian stores, restaurants etc frequently. I see asian magazines a lot actually. if theres anything interesting on it i'll pick it up n take a peak. Just most of the time theyre Korean or Chinese around here. Theres not that large a number of Japanese people here. however i have met a few very nice ones in the area. ^_^

Also i LOVE those costumes for the tour!!! ^_^

As for the Kuu x Gaga collab i know its unlikely now, but i wanna just take a shot at it anyways. Maybe at very least they might read/be informed of the idea. I just would very least like for them to know how i feel.

And turning to the compilation album subject, i dont want one either and i'd be even more upset if they put her next original album packaged with a best like they did for UNIVERSE. >.<

@ SoliderofSilence & kumis: Have you guys been to Pacific Mall? They sell Japanese things there. Magazines and CDs, although they are not usually Japan version. There are also a few clothing brands from Japan. I bought some cute clothes, but I've gained a few pounds and can't fit into one of the things I bought. I go with my best friend often.

Do any stores in Sauga sell Asian music? I already buy mine online but it'd be nice to not have to wait for them to arrive

I've only been to Pmall once and it was long before I was into J-pop so I never checked it out haha I might one day though. It's okay if it's not the Japanese editions since those are more expensive

@kumis Not that I've come across, no. Only Asian music I've found here is the few Canadian Releases of some of Hikki's albums in HMV. Dont know if you were already aware but not including her American albums UB, HS and SCV1 are officially released in Canada. I see em often in there, but that's it. As for the Pacific Mall I think I've only been in there once. I dont drive so i have to take public transit down there making it not really worth it unless i have both lots of free time in a day and plenty of money to spend while I'm there. And majority of Asian mags i find here are Chinese editions of stuff like Vivi or Scawaii. Fun to look at but i can understand Japanese far better.

I do not like Gaga and do not need that. actually, I'm against any international collaboration, but I'm for her collabo with Japanese/Korean artists, like BIGBANG, who sell like hot cakes especially in Japan, it could do good to Kuuchan, imo

anyway international stuff safe flops is neva gonna happen so I don't really entertain the idea...

wish Kuu did more stuff with urban acts more so like AK-69, SOULHEAD, KM-MARKIT or more maybe like KREVA...all her tracks with them were great even Blingx3 grew on me hard

Yeah, I love her urban and electro/dance stuff the most!
And I enjoy japanese rap very much, so I'd love some more stuff like with Blistah and Megaryu.... especially Megaryu, I'd love to see another song from them together! KREVA would be amazing as well!
Or some other japanese Reggae artists, that would be a nice surprise and could turn out amazing. (Once Again was just with some simple Reggae elements, but it was great already)
And for females, I'd like to see Ai with Kuu one day.
Or Aria, as she wrote ESCALATE for her.

Or hell, even SMAP would be great, as they know each other and worked together in the past!

I may be wrong. Its been a long time but arent SMAP like a very old jpop boyband? All i really remember is hearing them & Arashi after a friend told me i should take a listen and i didnt like either.

However, i am all for KM-MARKIT or m-flo. i love those guys. theyve done a number of awesome songs with Kuu and even some of my other favorite singers.
