Both au「PERFECT SYNC. / REAL CMs with BGM song from FLOWER FLOWER titled Tsuki





Well based on the preview of Tsuki in both CMs , it's definitely very different from what YUI does

yui's new band FLOWER FLOWER provides a song + stars in 'au' CM

4-member band FLOWER FLOWER, in which singer-songwriter yui (previously stylized as YUI) serves as the vocalist, is starring in 'au's new CM. In addition, the band is also providing a new song "Tsuki" for it as well.

The new CM uses footage from "au PERFECT SYNC. LIVE", which was held at Ryogoku Kokugikan on the 11th, as its base. It was a participatory live event which integrated music and technology, and FLOWER FLOWER performed the tie-up song "Tsuki" at the live for the first time.

'au's new CM "au PERFECT SYNC./REAL" began airing on June 28th.

FLOWER FLOWER Provides Song For "au PERFECT SYNC./REAL" CM

New band FLOWER FLOWER where former solo artist YUI is the vocalist, has provided a song for au's new CM "au PERFECT SYNC./REAL". It was in early April when the band has been revealed and this is their first time to not only sing for a CM but to also star in it.

"Tsuki" is the tie-up song for the commercial. Footages from the 'au PERFECT SYNC. LIVE' event featuring integrated music and technology held at Ryogoku Kokugikan last June 11th was used as the CM itself seeing FLOWER FLOWER sing the song live.

The new CM started airing on June 28

FLOWER FLOWER's live appearance cancelled with yui's diagnosis with panic disorder

It's been announced that FLOWER FLOWER will be cancelling their appearance in the 'VIVA LA ROCK' festival which will be held on May 4th at Saitama Super Arena.

This is due to as yui's (Vo, G) recent diagnosis with panic disorder. After a conference with the members and staff, their appearance in 'VIVA LA ROCK' was cancelled.

Ticket for 'VIVA LA ROCK' cannot be refunded.

Singer-songwriter yui recently cancelled her band FLOWER FLOWER's live appearance in the 'VIVA LA ROCK' festival due to her panic disorder. On March 27th, she updated the band's blog and talked about her situation.

yui, who just turned 27-years-old on the 26th, reported, "How is everyone doing? Thanks to everyone, I am able to take it easy. It's a sickness that gets better little by little, so I want to take my time to face it." As her goal, she revealed, "I want to cure the sickness while I'm 27, and have fun doing all kinds of things, like going on tours."

She concluded, "I will let you know if something happens, so please continue to support me!"
