Definitely live It must be a small timing delay or something but when she actually lip syncing it's very obvious ^^

timing is probably off cause if she were to lip sync she would probably sound just like how she did in the early 2000s her voice shows the big difference between a recording and a live

She could have had a pre-recorded live though so it sounds more like her current voice but in a perfect way. But I think this is live.

I believe starting from AT02, every concert had some lip-synched performances until CDL09-10... But after that she isn't even sounding good enough to not be singing.

Ayu lipsynched many SURREAL performances. She even used the same pre-rendered vocal track twice (perhaps even more). The only "real" talking/singing was when she was introducing Yo chan (the guitarist).

Yes, she did the same with a lot of "UNITE!" concert performances. They definitely used an identical pre-recorded track of that song for Arena Tour 2003-2004 and Arena Tour 2006, only a few parts like "Yo-chaaaaaaan!!" were live.

^Don't take DVD vocals as evidence... Much of the DVD vocals isn't from the actual concert.

Some are dubs from previous concerts. AT07 and CDL 07-08 (and probably more) used the A museum vocals for the bridge part.
