My thoughts exactly. Oricon is annoying with their counting, not counting, re-counting. I'm getting my copy from iTunes and I don't care if it counts or not. I support my favourite artist and avex is getting its money too, all fair.

WALK OF MY LIFE Music Video might also be like You're So Beautiful, it was pretty but nothing special. walk ~to the future~ was very nice on the other hand.

I think its more that magazines don't care for her. She's not super popular, so people aren't going to be inclined to pick up a copy if she's on the cover. I think she only gets small spreads because of that too. There has to be some promotion, yes, but I think at this point she's making music for her die hard fans, not trying to win the public like back in the day. I think Ayu is in the same boat.

Namie really is the only huge female solo act right now in Japan... Kana has really good sales too but yeah, the others are not going so good :/ anyways, as long as she keeps releasing music I'm good.

As to the new stuff.. I reaaaaaally hate the new song and also the covers; she almost looks like a different person! I know she's prettier than this, it's annoying. I can't say I like her look of this era, definitely (at least her face). And the purple dress wasn't a good choice, btw. In my opinion, it looked dated (being kuu the one wearing it), and not flattering at all.

Random comment, but the fifth season of American Horror Story will be titled "AHS: Hotel" and I couldn't stop thinking of Kuu's single Plus The Shinning also

Music Fair announced their guests for March and no Kuu. I really hoped that Kuu's 15th anniversary would see her get back on TV and do some promotion. Ai Otsuka's More More single for her 10th anniversary had a ton of promotion on all music shows (including a medley on Music Station). Oh well. At least we have those online only performances to look forward to.

That being said, the PV was cheesy as fuck and I did not enjoy it in the slightest. Is that really the short version? It was 3:44 long.
