MellowB can't they do away with Hongkongpost's standard EMS?
Postal service in HK is almost as reliable as Japan. Maybe you don't know cantonese so you can't negociate with them.

Of course it would be better if you have friends/associates in HK who can receive the goods for you, and then use DHL (they have good partnership with the postal service at your side I believe) or you can even make do with standard air shippment with registration.

Nah, i asked several times - and their english is pretty good, better than mine i guess. And no, they wont ship via standart.
And it is delivered via DHL - dont know why they have that ups box there. And yes, DHL is owned by the german postal service somehow.

i ordered mine ages ago, it shipped on standard on july 27th to the UK and it still not here. I got both copies from CDjapan and one from yesasia.com

Does anyoen know if it normally takes this long?

has anyone else from the UK not got theirs yet on standard shipping?

^ It's been barely a week. I wouldn't fret if it hasn't arrived yet...most of my orders takes 10-11 days to arrive anyways after shipping.

And remember, depends on which day you ordered, weekends aren't working days.
