TA members who completed registration as of 23:59 Sunday April 12, 2015.
TA members who are not expired their membership before April 2015.
*If you became TA member during Thursday April 2, 2015 - Sunday April 12, 2015, you are able to order tickets from 0:00 Thursday April 16, 2015.

They don't check names on ticekts, you'll be fine. If there's TA lottery at the site you need to be able to log in and show your digital license on your phone, so if you don't have wifi access you might not be able to participate.

I once again recommend renting a portable wifi while in Japan. BEST THING I EVER DID.
