If I remember correctly, in greek mythology Pygmalion was a guy fallen in love with a female statue he carved. Then love's deity Aphrodite turned the statue into a real woman and Pygmalion married her.

Maybe it's a reference about the obsessions of some otaku about Miku, who is clearly not real? That would be cool.

I also noticed that when she sings words with a v in it, for example the word 'over' you hear her sing 'over' but her mouth says 'ober'.

Could be just me though

^It's the Japanese, they pronounce V with B, she would've sing Obaa like the general Japanese instead of Over but bc her English is getting better she could reach Ober which is nice imo

Yeah I know, because v doesn't exist in Japanese or something like that. It's hard to pronounce for them.
