Here's some of Swedish singers/bands which I really enjoy to listning to ^^

Ola Svensson, born 1986, his career begun in swedish idol 2005 ended up 8th! ^^

Danny, Danny Saucedo born 1986, his career begun as well in idol 2006, he ended up 6th, he has a group with Erik Segerstedt and Mattias Andréasson.
solo Danny

and Danny with E.M.D.

Markus Fagervall, born 1982 he's career begun as well in swedish idol, won Idol 2006!

The Ark swedish glam-rock/pop band formed in 1991, and they were years active 1991-2011 ^^ one of my favorite bands. They were Melodifestivalen/Eurovision song contest 2007 with the song The Worrying kind!

YOHIO, born 1995 he's a swedish visual kei-singer, he's pretty popular in Japan, and he's very good friends with Gackt, he's a former member of the swedish band Seremedy, which disbanded in April 2013!

I was like: "Yesss, this topic needs to come back!" and then I realized I actually made it back in the day, hah.

If you've watched Grey's Anatomy, you've probably heard this one. Imo the best song on Quadron's new album and a whole heck lot better than watching Grey's Anatomy. Sorry not sorry.

Their old stuff is equally amazing.

Fallulah is pretty good too, somewhat along the same genre as Quadron.

Since I live in Sweden, I'll allow myself to include a gem from there too.

You probably know Loreen as the winner of the ESC about two years ago. She's got a lot more to offer than just Euphoria.

And just a final (dark horse) from Rebecca&Fiona:

Here's some from Finland that were not mentioned earlier.

Sanni is a young singer-songwriter who officially debuted last year. This is video for her first single and can be found on her album Sotke mut.

Finnish indie pop group Pariisin Kevät led by Arto Tuunela. They have released couple of albums and this song was really popular on radio stations.

Johanna Kurkela is our official fairy or at least the woman and the voice.

Olavi Uusivirta

The next ones are my personal favorites but even many Finns have no clue who they are.

I prefer Hanna Marsh's 2nd album but there's almost nothing on youtube. You can hear Kate Bush/Tori Amos influences in her music.

Flannelmouth is as well pretty unknown. Maybe not perfect english but I absolutely love Tuomo's voice!

Already disbanded but I must mention The Crash. They have some really catchy tunes and this music video must be one of the best ever, at least for me. Teemu (singer) is currently a member of Studio Killers.

Minä ja Ville Ahonen

Aino Venna's music is a mixture of folk, jazz, chanson and finnish elements.

Vuk is a Finnish-American musician. Her music is categorized as experimental, folk and avant-garde.

Sandy sold nearly 20 million albums in Brazil when she had a duo with her brother back in the 90s.

"how to cut it from the roots if it's already bloomed,
how to fake a goodbye if it is already love.."

This one is also good...

I really love The Ark! Discovered them through the Eurivision Song Contest and honestly, they were the only artist I liked that evening. But then again 99% of the artists showing up there are bad or at least not really good...
But The Ark is great! I played "The Worrying Kind" in an endless loop back then... xD

I already heard of him, I'm not a big fan of his music, but I think he's cute.

There was this German Visual Kei Band, Cinema Bizarre, I really liked. They made great 80's glam pop/rock.

I like Cinema Bizarre, but I HATE Tokio Hotel. lol
What I can't stand about them is that they always said they were making their own thing and weren't inspired by Visual Kei. But it was sooo obvious. And I liked Visual Kei long before Tokio Hotel were popular and after they came out everybody asked me "Are you a fan of Tokio Hotel?" because of my style. I was soooo annoyed by it. xD
Cinema Bizarre on the contrary never denied where their inspiration came from.

Haha XD That was what I didn't liked, 'cos he copied Miyavi's hairstyle and said it was his own idea... xD

Ugh I might be weird but I really can't stand most of the music coming from my country ('Merica) nowadays. >< Just really unoriginal melodies and lyrics spread across the most generic chord progressions possible.

I technically don't have a country, but a lot of people want to regard Laos as the Hmong country. But alas, I'm Hmong. Here is a song. It's a farewell song for people who have left our lives either in regards to death or a long goodbye.

I can't listen to mainstream pop radio. And I've been too lazy to update myself with alternative.

However. American hip hop is still everything. In fact, it's in a great place right now with good diversity and new talented artists. I've never been much for RnB and soul though lately I've been listening to Erykah Badu and what not. Probably because I'm in my feelings like every day lol

I feel like all of the hip hop that I currently am enjoying in my college days will forever be with me.
