Oops, time to catch up a little!
I LOVED Desire, the new version is great. Week! was released last week and Mahou no Kotoba ~Would you marry me?~ came out today; both were nice, but not the greatest. Next week, we're getting under the sun!I'm surprised I'm actually looking forward to this. I never really liked the original version, but they've apparently tinkered the melody a little, and the guitar arrangement sounds great!

On one hand, I'm not surprised at all because I knew from the beginning that the 2 of Us tracks were bound to be released in physical format sooner or later. On the other hand, I am very surprised because THERE IS SO MUCH?! Almost the same number of tracks will come out on the CDs as in the iTunes pre-releases, and then the live album! ^ It's giving me chills, it's so perfectly stripped down.
So many good new versions on the 2 of Us albums, I'm loving Kimi ga Inai Mirai, rumble fish, Tasogare, Mysterious Magic... Disappointed in Umareyuku Monotachi e though: the original can give me a good cry on the right day but this version just left me cold, lowering the key and stripping away the instumentation just took all the intensity out. But still, so many good [2 of Us] songs!Now waiting for the live album to be released, I'm super excited for it!

Limited single coming! ハレルヤ / エレジー (Hallelujah / Elegy) single will be sold only at their live venues and via their fanclub's mu-mo shop, in CD-only and CD+Goods editions. Release date is July 7th.

Ahh, the new single was also released on iTunes, good thing they didn't make it too exclusive! I'm kinda surprised at the new songs, the production is so... light and acoustic? I like both songs fine enough, but I honestly prefer their normal sound. I like Elegy more out of the title tracks (the melody is so lovely!), but it sounds like a 2 of Us remake... which is fine, but I'd love to hear "the original version". One or Eight is... eh, I never cared for the song anyway. I've always loved Tsubasa no Keikaku more than life itself though, and I'm happy to hear that the 2 of Us version is as good as I had hoped it would be!

I just discovered that Eir Aoi covered Fukai Mori on her latest single! It's a good cover, very faithful to the original, but not quite AS good as the original. Check it out here:
This got me thinking: anyone know of any other covers of DAI songs? The only other one I know is D-LITE from BIGBANG's cover of Hi no Ataru Sakamichi (which you can check out here), which I actually really love; it's cool to hear a male vocalist singing the song, and D-LITE has a very pleasant voice!

New single coming! It's a double A-sider, Alive / Iron Hornet, and it will be released on June 28th, in CD+DVD and CD only editions. Alive is produced by Hiroyuki Sawano, not sure about Iron Hornet. Teaser for Alive:

The new song somehow reminds me of their older stuff, which I totally love. I'm also liking Van's vocals! Her vocals on "BRAND NEW DAYS" were just...no.
