It's probably , because the goods are only officially available through mu-mo and mumo doesn't deliver any other shop as it isn't a supplier.
So CDJapan has to purchase from mu-mo just like a middleman service (or a normal customer). That's probably also the reason, tours goods aren't in their regular programme.
