Shota Shimizu Announces New Single "Damage"

Shota Shimizu will be releasing a new single titled "Damage" on February 17.

The upcoming song will be a mid-tempo ballad that expresses painful emotions.

Included on the single will be the B-side track "sonomama" and a piano-only version of "Hanataba no Kawari ni Melody wo".

"Damages" will be released in a CD-Only and CD+DVD version. The DVD will contain the music video for the single.

I think he looks cool in the promo pictures but the font of "Damage" on the cover looks cheap and kinda like the standard-font that western-movies (the ones with cowboys in the wild west not generally western) have on the DVDs and promo posters lol

The promo shots are so much better than the single cover. Nice seeing Miliyah with Shota even if it is just for the P/V.

The song isn't bad, but the autotune kind of ruins it. It is the strangest during the chorus.

The single itself is not bad . sonomama feels like an extension from Damage while Hanataba no Kawari ni Melody wo ~Piano Version~ is very nice

I have a feeling Shota will release a new album before May since he will embark on a new tour from May onwards
