I love the outfits but I hate the hairstyles ugh :/ (after the amazingness of Bon Voyage,WOML and The Artist tour hairs) I hope she changes them for the second round of the tour

Promise you sounds lovely - reminds me of IN THE AIR actually in terms of type and structure. A light spring and summer song! Really looking forward! Okay, managed to listen to it, and I LOVE the song! Sounds so fresh, and I love the guitar! It's the usual lifting-up mid-tempo her summer singles have, and whether it'll be on a single or album I can't wait for the full thing
 Plus, happy they managed to reschedule the first two dates (and keep 59 dates hahahaha) |

Yeah, I'm not super feeling Promise You, but I can see why people would like it for the summer. I haven't been feeling Kuu's ballads much lately, save for Walk of My Life.

Promise you sounds a bit generic but too early to judge.
She hasn't really wowed me in the ballad department in a while. *btw I don't always hate generic. Stay with me is one of my favorite songs from her, but it seems to not be so popular haha

^ I also love stay with me, it is truly underrated (even by Kuu herself, it seems, from how she never performed it again...), it outstands for me cause her vocals are much stronger in the song than in her usual ballads, where she goes for higher pitches. Plus the instrumental is great!

I always forget that song exists, not gonna lie. Personally, I love Feel My Mind, it's my favorite album from her, and one of the reasons why is that I feel like the ballads are really strong. They are the standard to which I compare.
