Yeah, you have to use a middleman or other kind of forwarding service to get stuff from there.
Buyee is the official japanese service, Yahoo offers for using - but I don't use it, so I can't tell you, which fees they apply.
But normally it's the item price, an auction fee, money transaction fee and shipping within Japan.
Plus shipping to you after you've won.

Here's the shipping info from the seller ( please note, it only applies for Japan) translated:

It's a bit hard to make predictions without knowing the fees, but I'd say it does get at least about 20% more expensive (without international shipping).

Just a random information about registered songs, the original/alternative name of YOU CAN KEEP UP WITH ME is I CAN'T KEEP UP WITH MYSELF. Who knows how the lyric was before.

And the WALK OF MY LIFE intro was MOVE 2 THE RHYTHM (I can finally understand what that man is saying during the intro). It's always fun to see the name of the songs when they decide to change into an introduction or interlude.

I wish they would let Kuu perform last or second last in a-nation this year because if there's dark enough, Kuu's performances will be flawless because the light show will look spectacular. Then all the people mocking at her Queen of Live title would finally stop doing so because she would show everyone that she is, indeed, exactly that.
