I just want this tour to end, it's just looking bad. And the fact that even the title track was avoided makes me more disappointed about it all (even if the PV is very nice, I enjoyed it). I think the problem is this 47 prefecture thing she's started since last year, inducing her singing old hits trying to be mainstream.

W FACE and Driving Hits 7 are such awesome records for my ears. This era deserved an spectacular tour like the WOML one. I was actually expecting that since she was like one year an arena tour, the next one a hall tour and so on. But I guess that's how things work for her right now

She announced the hall tour way before the album release. So she's stuck :/

In recent years she always announced the tour before the album (yeah, since JAPONESQUE, I think). As she herself prefers hall tours due to being nearer to her audience and the tour last year was such a success, they're doing it again. it's just the 2nd time she's touring the whole country (and there just aren't arenas in every prefecture).
Has nothing to do with being stuck.

And I personally will wait till I see the tour before I judge it.

Not to offend anyone, but tours are primarily directed at people actually attending them. This and last years hall tours are bigger than the ones for Dejavu and Bon Voyage.
So it looks like she has gained concert goers. So guess what? She's doing something right.

And the fact that a considerable amount of dates are sold out for KODA KUMI LIVE TOUR 2017 ～W FACE～ , that's a good thing isn't it ?

I personally like live house venues out of hall , arena & let alone dome due to the close proximity you get (even though you have to watch out for getting crushed to death if you're in the audience ) & even if you're far at the back , it's not so bad

Also for hall venues , even if you're seated on the 2nd/3rd floor , you wouldn't feel you're missing out on things . You still can get a pretty good view

But, she announced this tour I think at the end of the other one which is why W face is a hall tour. I was just responding to ANOTHER comment relating to why this tour is a hall. So just stop trying to make something out of this.

No it's a hall because she already decided it and announced it as such. For the actual indepth reason why?? No one knows. We can speculate, we can annualize but unless kumi says so herself nothing is concrete. Or maybe she explained the reason and I just didn't know about it.

It also could have been an arena tour and been announced so early. Aleeady happened in the past. She and her team always plan early ahead. And it's a hall tour as she's touring all prefectures again.

I think what Melissalove is trying to say is that she couldn't do an arena tour, because it was already announced as a hall tour. I mean, she couldn't change the type of venue later.

I think she could, if she wanted, but I don't think she would like to do that.

Yes it could've been an arena and it could've also been a f concert underwater but she didn't announce any of those. She announced a hall and thats one of the reasons why w face is a hall tour. What part of that don't you understand?? She already annoced it, way before the album came out.
