Such a fun performance & Fight Song is no doubt the main highlight as it's so nostalgic and as I said before , it's very rare for a Johnny to perform a B-side if not an album track on main TV shows

My sister was like ahhh in hearing Fight Song again cos she used to watch G no Arashi so , LOL

Boring covers & wth is up with the CD + DVD cover o_O it's just really bad

Not so excited about the new album songs' titles they sound very uninspiring but I really hope at most the new material will sound good as Are You Happy? was really really boring

At least for once , there're no solos in 「untitled」 which the last album of theirs that had no solos was 2006's ARASHIC (wow insane but that album was & is still great)

Didn't ARASHIC have like main vocal tracks? I remember I want somebody featuring a lot of MatsuJun. So perhaps it will be similar this time around?

The CD-only reminds me of the Daylight PV. I actually like it. ^^ But the text plastered all over the other cover looks quite cheap. What's up with THAT? O_o;

I recently thought "WHY do I even own THREE Arashi Best ofs?" lol I think I'd prefer some original albums instead. ^^a

For ARASHIC , some of the songs like I want somebody , MatsuJun sing the main vocals while the other 4 do back up , I don't know if they're going the same route for 「untitled」

Honestly I don't have a lot of high expectations for 「untitled」 , I just hope I would not be bore by it as I was with Are You Happy? (and I thought Japonism was bad)

And oh wow I only own ARASHI 5x10 All the BEST ! 1999 - 2009 best album wise , I didn't own their 1st 2 best albums haha

Well, the thing with Johnny's is that some of the best songs might actually be on singles. -_-
Many of the titles sound quite ballad-y, though that might not be any indication.

I own ARASHIC (an overseas version) and three Best ofs. ^^;

Oh 100% agree , some of my favourite ARASHI songs are their album tracks . I like most of them from ARASHIC & Time (my 2 favourite albums from them)

Problem with ARASHI is that they release albums consistently on a yearly basis except in 2009 . You can do that but in terms of maintaining quality that's a different thing

I find LOVE & THE DIGITALIAN surprisingly good . Japonism was all over the place but at least there were some good memorable album tracks . I was shocked how boring Are You Happy? was (I frankly only like 2 album tracks D: ) and the irony is that they had the most personal input in it which's quite insulting =x

That's why this time round , for 「untitled」 , I'm not expecting a lot (at least the 3 single songs included are good) but if I'm pleasantly surprised over it (same with what happened to V6's comeback album THE ONES which was fantastic & unexpectedly good) , that will be great

Nah I started buying their albums from Iza, Now onwards . I didn't buy ARASHI Single Collection 1999-2001 & 5x5 THE BEST SELECTION OF 2002←2004

Also nope I'm still buying releases from ARASHI & other artistes on a regular basis , just that it's mainly overseas versions if Taiwan made them

I spent a LOT of $ in July & the same thing's going to happen to me all over next month hahahaha , not on ARASHI but on another artiste (my most favourite actually & the only artiste I'm willing to fly back to Japan 3 times and counting to see them in concert )

It's a little strange how Arashi had an edgier sound when they were much younger. At times I really feel like rolling my eyes over how they can make mid-30s sing such cutesy pop songs.

I generally seem to like their "edgier" songs more.

yes ARASHI's sound in their earlier days was very edgy , very hip hop rock driven with Sakurap . Despite this , their sales were poor

I think their earlier works are still timeless and up to now when they still perform them from time to time , it's still nostalgic

Like recently on Mon's MUSIC STATION Ultra FES 2017 , it was so surprising they sang Fight Song & Johnnys seldom if not never perform a B-side and/or album track on music shows

Hard to believe Fight Song is over 10 years old and at that time my sister watched G no Arashi so you can imagine

I feel that singles wise , they still got it . The worst time period was Sept to Nov 2010 where their single releases was so boring and Dear Snow had the worst PV , it's so bad until I don't include it in my hard disks , LOL D:

Yeah, I guess nowadays they have a more mainstream friendly sound? Like when they have songs for dramas, who are more pop-ish and therefore able to reach a wider audience?

I think I actually liked Dear Snow. One Love is the one that's a no-go for me. Though I think I got used to it. A little. ^^; (I don't even really want to. haha)

I quite like DAIGO. At least in the way that he's entertaining to watch on TV shows. The way he talks and his (played?) stupidity and stuff. lol
And I like the Maria song by him as DAIGO STARDUST. ^^
